When it comes to achiev­ing true heal­ing and well­ness, the most impor­tant thing you need to con­sider is writ­ing down on paper what your goals are, and what you are goint to do speci­fi­clly every­day to achieve your goals.  Unfor­tu­nately most peo­ple try one thing, then when it doesn’t seem to work, they try some­thing else.

The jour­ney to get­ting and feel­ing bet­ter begins with the real­iza­tion that the method of “doing it my way ” has big dis­ad­van­tages. Things don’t get done. We break down and don’t stick with any­thing. We get more frus­trated, and some­times give up.
